Mouse model of FAN1 deficiency

Our first mouse model was just published in Genes and Development. This Fan1 knockout mouse promises to be super-duper helpful for understanding of FAN1 function. Check out the cover which shows karyomegaly in the tubules but not in the glomeruli of the kidneys. The Rockefeller University covered the paper here (with link to the paper).
